Payments

I’ve found something I adore. How can I pay?

We accept secure credit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Want to pay via PayPal? No need to create an account – just follow all of the prompts at the check out. Easy.

 Why was my payment declined?

This is generally for one of two reasons:

- It’s a decision that your card holder makes due to your account balance, or;

- Due to incorrect information. Make sure that your card number, expiry date and CVC number are correct.

What currency are your priced in?

We are so pleased to be a part of so many International weddings and hope to be a part of your too! Simply Name It is a Canadian based company located in Missisauga, Ontario. All prices are listed in CDN. Sales will be made in CDN and will be subject to our merchant processor’s and or your credit card company’s conversion rates.

Delivery

 

Where do you ship from?

Orders within Canada are shipped from Mississauga, Ontario via Canada Post, Fedex or Purolator. Orders within the US are shipped from Niagara Falls, NY via USPS. 

How long will it take to process my order?

We strive to keep our order timelines short. Orders are completed and shipped in 5 business days plus shipping times. If your order will be delayed for any reason, you will be contacted via email. 

How long is shipping?

Shipping time frames depend on location. Shipping within Canada and the US is 2 - 7 business days. Please contact us if you need a faster shipping method.

Where do you deliver?

We send our bridal robes all over the world using an international delivery service. Please allow between 2-6 business days for your order to be delivered.

The time it takes for your order to arrive varies on your location, and how fast your local postal service is.

Can I pickup my order?

Absolutely! Please choose "Pickup" at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready for pickup along with the pickup address. We are located in South Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. 

Returns or Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are accepted on non-personalized items within 14 days of receiving the item. 

Please email info@simplynameit.ca to obtain a return authorization.

*Any customized, printed or embroidered items including sashes and robes are final and can not be returned or exchanged.

*All sale items purchased are final and cannot be returned for change of mind.

*Intimate items including briefs and garters can not be returned or exchanged

Do you refund for damaged/lost items in transit?

We’re happy to replace your damaged order with a robe or sleep set in perfect condition. If you’d prefer a full refund, we can do that too. Email info@simplynameit.ca to organize.

When placing your order don't forget to double check all shipping address details are correct and up to date. We are unable to make changes to orders once you have placed your order.

 

 

Does Simply Name It cover the cost of postage for returns?

If your items arrived damaged or different to what’s described on our website, we’re happy to cover the cost of return postage. Please get in touch with our support team info@simplynameit.ca 

Custom Orders

Can I see the items before I purchase?

Unfortunately we no longer have a showroom available for customers to view items prior to purchase. 

Can I have my own items personalized?

As much as we would love to be able to personalize your items, we are only able to personalize our own items due to liability. However, if you have something in mind, please let us know and we can source some items for you. 

I don't see what I'm looking for on the website. Can I request a custom order?

Absolutely - please email us at info@simplynameit.ca for any alternate items.
