What currency are your priced in?

We are so pleased to be a part of so many International weddings and hope to be a part of your too! Simply Name It is a Canadian based company located in Missisauga, Ontario. All prices are listed in CDN. Sales will be made in CDN and will be subject to our merchant processor’s and or your credit card company’s conversion rates.

Can I pickup my order?

We are pleased to make pickup available for your convenience at our Ontario showroom / warehouse. We are located at 4181 Sladeview Cres, Unit 32, Mississauga, Ontario. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email allowing you to schedule a pickup date and time. Please schedule a pickup time on Monday - Thursday between 9am and 2pm

How long will it take to receive my order?

We strive to keep our order timelines short. Orders are completed and shipped in 5 business days plus shipping times which vary by region. If your order will be delayed for any reason, you will be contacted via email. 

How long is shipping?

Shipping time frames depend on location. Shipping within Canada and the US is 2 - 7 business days. 

Where do you ship from?

Orders within Canada are shipped from Mississauga, Ontario via Canada Post. Orders within the US are shipped from Niagara Falls, NY via USPS.

Can I see the items before I purchase?

We are always happy to have you visit our Mississauga showroom to view some of our items in person. Please contact us directly to schedule a time to visit. Our hours are Monday - Thursday 9am - 2pm info@simplynameit.ca

Can I have my own items personalized?

As much as we would love to be able to personalize your items, we are only able to personalize our own items due to liability. However, if you have something in mind, please let us know and we can source some items for you. 

I don't see what I'm looking for on the website. Can I request a custom order?

Absolutely - please email us at info@simplynameit.ca for any alternate items.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are accepted on non-personalized items within 15 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately, personalized items are unable to be exchanged or returned. 

How do I remove wrinkle from my robes?

It is common for robes to arrive wrinkled within the shipping process. You can remove wrinkles by either steaming the robes or ironing the robes under light heat. Please do not use any chemical spray on these robes as it can stain the fabric.
